We've all had to tighten out belts a little with the price of gas, etc. This is the latest development on that front ~ Now, we've always used out little boat more than the big one, just 'cause it's still super comfortable (thanks to Da), and we can go about 3 times as much on the same gas. Well, this past weekend, the Baxter's joined out budget conscious effort. Kaitlyn was otherwise occupied, so David, Holly and Joe took the little boat out. We spent the day at St Catherine's and had a WONDERFUL time!

Wayne had to work on Sunday (actually had to attend the funeral of a colleague's grandson), so the girls and I headed out to see what we cound get into ~ Sapelo Sounds were a little rougher than I wanted to tackle, so we stopped in the Todd River for a little sandbar time. Nothing like haing acres of sand with no one to share it with but the sandpipers ~ We ended up back by the pool at Barbour (thanks Ronnie & Lynn) and played Mexican Train most of the afternoon. What a great girls day!
Frilly girly girls they aren't ~ Thank you Lord! LOL!
