Super Sunday!

Well, not just today... On our way out of town yesterday, stopped briefly at Kellie's shower at the church. She looked beautiful, and ready, I'm sure for the wedding! Then Jessica & I were off to Savannah for dress rehearsal at Armstrong. Goodness, ya'll just wouldn't believe how great that concert is going to be on Tuesday. It continually amazes me what this kids can do! BTW, there's an encore performance on Thursday, May 14th at 5:30.

After Jessica finished, we hit Wal-mart for a few goodies, then met Wayne & Megan at Contentment. They had had the boat in since mid-morning and had linked us doing the "goody-goody" as they'd been riding already... but, we finally got there & pulled out for Sapelo. It was a beautiful ride over, took a steamer of Krystals for supper and the little boat is nearing completion. Spent the night, Wayne, Daddy & Michael worked a little more on the boat this am, but we knew we had to pull out before Syb came on the 2:30 ferry... seems Michael had a little "accident" when he picked her car up from the mansion. Dented the trunk lid, smashed the tail light and broke the bumper in several places... We didn't want to be around when she saw that ~ Maybe Michael's swelling will go down before too many days...

We made the trip back from Sapelo with ease. Again, fantastic day for a boat ride. When we got into Sapelo Sound, Wayne decided we'd run up to Harris Neck and just view our lot from the water a little and dream. We are SOOOO ready to build and move, it's just not funny any more. While floating in the Barbour daydreaming, we came upon a school of dolphin. We had the cameras snapping & was able to get a few pretty good shots.

Well, must get off now. I've tended my farm on facebook, checked my e-mails and updated my blog... now, it's time to get to the real stuff of unpacking, washing & getting ready for the week. Ya'll have a good one!
