Bass Pro, even though higher priced that Hilltop, has a wonderful selection, and we had the most patient and helpful sales girl. All three of us girls came out with new Costas, and boy am I happy with mine! We hit Firehouse for lunch, ran into Johnny, Melanie, Brianna and Austin, and had a good visit. Can't wait to get back to St Catherine's with them on a regular basis. Then we hit Hancock for some zippers for various repair jobs we have been putting off, Dillard's to make a return and Holister to make another return. Didn't take long. Then we came back out to the Dollar Tree at 204, and hit the mother load for St Patty's hats and decor for only $1 each! Proud of that I am! Now, we have our beads, hats and decor ready ~ Can't wait!
We had hit our last straw with Spooky this morning after Wayne and Megan had spent 3 hours washing and detailing vehicles yesterday only to find her camped out on my hood this morning. And Pooh graciously agreed to adopt her. So, when we got in for Savannah, we "boxed" Spooky up, and trecked her to her new home. Hopefully she'll stay put. She seemed to be okay with it. The Pearce's had invited us to have supper, and boy was it wonderful! Both the food and company ~ we sure need to do that more often.
Back home now, everyone bathed, even Pepe, and getting ready for a new week. This will be a short one for me, as I'll be headed to the condo 'bout Thursday night, I hope, for a long weekend. It's clean-up weekend at the Masonic Camp, so should be lots of folks to visit with ~ Ya'll have a good week!
