Forty ~ The New Twenty

Well, it happened. I actually made it to 40 years old. Can you believe this crap? I can remember thinking 40 was near death. LOL! Not so much anymore... Wayne and the girls took me to Lowe's yesterday and had me pick out the fire pit I wanted for the coast. Can't wait to burn me some stuff next weekend! And, today was grand! I'll be the first to admit I'm a Facebook addict, and actually refer to it as Crackbook. I've reconnected with folks from all over, and enjoy it EVERY day. But, today... what a rush! Now, I know Crackbook gives you the little birthday reminder thingy, but it takes a minute to acknowledge it and send a birthday wish, and I'd just like to thank ALL those friends/family that did just that. Again, what a rush to be thought of so much today!

I crossed a threshold into a new decade today... thanks to everybody for making my 40th GREAT!
