A Dead Computer

HELP! I'm in PAIN! All of a sudden, without warning, Monday night my computer DIED! Fatal boot error. Can't re-boot. DEAD! I'd been telling myself for months to get all those pictures off there and onto disk. Well, guess what? DEAD. I dd manage to get it up for a few minutes last night and pulled a few pix off, but I just don't know about the rest. I'm so upset with myself! Say a prayer for my techologically challenged household, please, as we work through these tough times ~
