Please pray for my DBB ~

On Wednesday, David Baxter was toting a car battery across the shop, when the shop stated spinning. He hadn't been feeling well, but this was a horse of a different color. Holly loaded him up to the ER at St Joseph's, where's he's been ever since, and not looking for a release for at least a week. Seems half of his heart is A-fibbing (irregular beats). Dr. Drake knows how to fix that and is confident he can. However, during this barage of tests, they've discovered a blood clot, about quarter sized, sitting on top of the OTHER side of his heart. Dr Drake has him on some meds to try to break the clot up so it's moving won't be dangerous, so they can fix the A-fib, either my meds or shock.

DBB is in good spirits, and says he feels fine. You can tell he knows it's serious, and needs to be patient and let them do what they need to do. Of course, this is only day 3. LOL! Men are terrible patients. We'll keep a close eye on him, and keep posting as news develops. Lord, I love that old fart! Anyway, please say an extra prayer for David and company as they deal with these trying days ahead...
