What a Monday ~
Jessica & I spent the day, literally, at Memorial getting her belly tested trying to find out what's causing her such pain. We left home about 9:30, and started the day at 11 w/a HITA scan, which amounts to laying under an x-ray machine for an hour and a half while they inject different contrasts through an IV & record your gall bladder's contractions. Then we moved down the hall at 2 for the CT scan. They've improved this process greatly, in that the junk you have to drink is clear, odorless & tasteless. So, Jessica drank her 2 water bottles, waited an hour & went into the big doughnut for her scan. We weren't in there but about 15 minutes, but still, we didn't leave Memorial until 4 o'clock. The bad thing was, she was fasting... hadn't had anything but those 2 bottles of water w/contrast since her milkshake for supper Sun night. I thought she was going to gnaw the leather off my seats before I could get her something to eat! But, maybe we'll know something in a few days. Then we'll compare notes w/Matthew. Seems he has similar issues. Hope we can both get our babies well!

Yeah, well, don't count on it. We have been dealing with this for 10 years and no answers yet. Test after test. Year after year. And they never really tell us anything. He is actually going to another specialist in June come to think of it.
