Nearly there

It's Thursday. One more and we'll be there. I know when the weather warms up, seems the weeks get longer and longer... Got good reports at the dr's yesterday. Both girls have started the Gardasil vaccine (O - N - E - L - E - S - S, I wanna be one less, one less). Anyway, Megan's thumb is not broken, just a sprained tendon. My numbers are still good, indicating the pituitary tumor is maintaining and not growing. Dr C made me feel better about my endocrinologist, saying he's one of the best in his area, and advising me to stick with him and just listen harder. He can be really difficult to understand, and he's such a funny little man. Reminds me so much of Albert Einstein. Dr C did confirm that the meds are for life, unless I want the surgery. And he advised against that as long as the meds are working. So, I guess I'll be the DD for the foreseeable future ~

The girls have started with their last season of softball practice. It's so depressing! I don't know what we'll do when they aren't playing ball anymore. It's been such a part of our life for so long... And the one sport I truly LOVE! Well, maybe they can walk on at Southern... I can dream.

Stacy called a few minutes ago trying to lay out a boat trip for the weekend. I suggested a weekender to Da's, but his Harley calls and they are supposed to ride on Sunday. Wayne says we're going for the weekend regardless, but maybe we can get them over, too. Don't get to see them nearly as much any more for some reason, and miss them something awful. Dalton looks like he grows 6 inches every time I see him.
