Eye Checks

The girls had eye appts today w/Dr Riner. He's such a hoot! Both of their Rxs needed adjusting, but other than that, they both got clean bills of health. Just need them for reading & night driving. Then we hit the hairdresser for cuts & brow waxing before doing a little Wal-mart shopping. I swear I think there's a cover charge at Wal-mart! Doesn't matter how short the list, you can't get out for under $50. Anyway, then stopped in at Chili's for a late lunch before coming home. Pretty good day, I'd say...

Jessica is coming along nicely on her Easter project. She's been working hard, but has taken a break this evening and gone to Mi Plaza w/Christine. Megan is back there rearranging her room, and Wayne is at the gym. He had in-service classes today, and had a small vertigo spell, so he promised he'd take it easy.

Da called Wayne yesterday and is coming along on the little boat. I think a trip to Sapelo is in the works, maybe, for the weekend, if nothing but a day trip. We'll see.

Got some new buds on blogspot, can't wait to read up on everyone and see what's going on in their world. Kellie's about ready for the wedding, sounds like, and I love that Darcy (kinda partial to the wiener dogs, you know). Matthew's always good for a laugh, and Melissa always has something new and neat on hers. And can you believe the Hill news? Michael & Charity are expecting lucky #7! Don't they know what causes that particular condition? Always enjoy catching up with the Wilson's, too. Those girls make Wayne & I nostalgic, that's for sure. Jamie, you'd better enjoy every day with them. Times flies, and it's over way too quickly. Trying to get Emily blogging. She says she enjoys reading them, but isn't sure she can do it. Ya'll encourage her. There something therapeutic about journaling... Anyway, gotta get ready for the rest of the week at DFCS. Catch ya later~
